All orders are shipped in a SilverGuard™ Anti-Tarnish zip bag. I recommend that you store your new purchase in this zip bag, not only will it keep your jewelry protected, it will also keep your
jewelry from tarnishing for a minimum of 2 years! Non-toxic and recyclable.

PAYMENT METHOD:
* We accept both PAYPAL & CREDIT CARD
* To use your credit card and not your PayPal account, after clicking the buy button, choose the PayPal option and look for further instructions on the next page to use your credit card.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
* We will ship your item within 1 to 3 days after item is made (see item description for timeframe).
* We ship to the address you choose during your PAYPAL checkout - which is your billing or PayPal address.
* We will include insurance & delivery confirmation for items over $30.00.
* Shipping within the US is by USPS Priority Mail for any number of items in one order. If you'd like your order to be shipped Express Mail, please add a customer comment upon checkout.
* California residents will pay sales tax through Paypal

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
*We ship International from USPS. Your order will generally arrive within 1 - 3 weeks after completion (unless item is a custom order, or is currently being constructed. We will email you the estimated time of delivery). However, delivery times may be longer to some locations. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, I strongly recommend using Priority Mail (6-10 day delivery time) Delivery times for Priority Mail packages are much less varied. Contact me before ordering for this option. (PLEASE contact me if your item doesn't arrive in a timely matter). Orders to most countries can be insured. Please be familiar with your countries custom policies.

3 REXES RETURN POLICY:
* We have a 7 day return policy if the item has a defect (due to our error). Please contact me for a possible refund or credit (depending on the circumstance). Earrings will receive a store credit only (due to health issues with the earring wires). Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging with tags intact.
* Buyer will pay the shipping & insurance for the return.
* All CUSTOM items & SALE items are non-returnable.
* CUSTOM orders will require a 50% deposit fee, and is non-refundable.
* Ultimately, 3 Rexes Jewelry wants you to be "VERY" happy. So, if you have "ANY" problems with your purchase, please contact me ASAP to resolve the issue at hand!
