WHAT DO YOU SHIP YOUR JEWELRY IN? Rings, necklaces and bracelets are shipped in a 3 Rexes box and gift bag. Earings are shipped on a 3 Rexes earring card and gift bag.

PAYMENT METHOD: We offer safe and encrypted payment through Paypal, PayPal e-checks and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). A PayPal account is not required in order to make a purchase.

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION: We will ship your item within 2 to 5 days after item is made (see item description for time frame). The address you choose during your PAYPAL checkout, which is your billing or PayPal address will be used. Insurance & Delivery Confirmation included. Shipping within the US is by USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail for any number of items in one order. If you would like to upgrade to Express Mail, please add a customer comment upon checkout and a separate invoice will be sent to you for the price difference. California residents will pay sales tax through Paypal

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: We ship International orders via USPS First Class Mail (does not include tracking or insurance). Your order will generally arrive within 1 - 7 weeks. Delivery times may be longer to some locations. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, I strongly recommend using Priority Mail (6-14 day delivery time), contact me for this option. Orders to most countries can be insured. Please be familiar with your countries custom policies (you may be liable for tax), and please contact me if your item doesn't arrive in a timely matter.

3 REXES RETURN POLICY: We have a 7 day return policy if the item has a defect (due to our error). Please contact us for a possible refund or credit (depending on the circumstance). Earrings will receive a store credit only due to health issues. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging. Buyer will pay the shipping and insurance for the return.
