Please include your name, address, tax id # and email @ WHOLESALE TERMS • First time orders are C.O.D., credit card or money order only. After your first order we will require credit references for terms of net 30. • Returned checks will be charged a $25 fee • Canceled or refused orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges. • All returns must be accompanied by a Three Rexes return authorization number. Non-authorized returns will be refused and returned to customer. Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. • All authorized returns will be credited to your account.
